When I attended The Great Western Teddy Bear Fair in December 2019 I was asked a few questions by the bear fans looking at my work. I thought that maybe some of you lovely people might want answers to these questions too, so here are some answers but if you don’t see your answer here please contact me and I will answer as soon as possible.
In 2019 I created all of the bears in the picture above. I didn’t get to create as many as I would of liked because I had an accident in June and broke my leg leaving me bed bound for 4 months. My pain killers made it incredibly difficult to thread a needle. Much of my little bear business dropped off because I could not keep up with social media or creating new bears.
To throw myself back into the bear making game, I signed up for The Great Western Teddy Bear Fair in Tiverton. I re-homed two of my bears and met some amazing people who were so positive about my bears that it has given me renewed inspiration to make my little business even better. I have to thank everyone who helped make the day so inspirational.
In 2020 I have decided to be more structured in my business. I will have set days to release my bears, the second and fourth Friday of every month will be BEAR DAY! With plenty of sneak peeks in the days in between. I am hoping that you will be excited to see the bears on bear days and that I can make even better bears because I have set days to work towards.
